spring和hibernate存在版本冲突，所以一般spring要比hibernate高1个版本

建议版本 pring4.1 hibernate3.3.2

Myeclipse2017版本以上 spring配置

右键web project —> config facets… —> install spring facets —> 选择版本4.1 –> 其他默认

src目录下新建springmvc-servlet.xml
